Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

Please contact me through my contact or email with a detailed description of what you have in mind. Please include specifications such as: Size, quantity of pieces, and deadlines. Provide references if needed. Commission can take from anywhere between a week and a month depending on the size and quantity of the commission

2. Pricing

The commissioner must pay 50% upfront before commission is started. The other 50% must be paid when the commission is complete and delivered to the commissioner. Only send the upfront cost when I am ready to begin the commission

Payment can be made through Venmo, Paypal. Only USD is accepted.

3. Customer Satisfaction

Work in progress updates will be delivered throughout the commission to ensure the satisfaction of the commisssioner. Most of these work in progress will be given to ensure both the artist and commissioner are on the same page. Please respond accordingly to such updates to maintain the deadline of the commission.

Once the commission is finished only small changes will be allowed such as small coloring/marking mistakes. However, any great changes like changing the entire palette or a new pose will come with an extra charge. Please be clear with your concept to receive the most visually accurate commission.

4. Copyright/Usage Policy

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

• Promote myself with any social platform
• To display or post it anywhere to my liking
• Signature is mandatory and will not be removed

The Commissioner is allowed to:

• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise
• Print the art and claim the right of their character(s)/figure(s) but not the drawing itself
• Use the art to promote themselves with the proper credit given to the artists

The following is considered copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without the discussion and consent of the artist
• Removing any watermarks/signatures
• Altering the artwork without the artist's consent

5. Cancelling/Refund Policy

I have the right to cancel and refund the money from your commission at any time. If payment has not been sent, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission. The commissioner has no right to cancel or demand a refund from the art under any circumstances after payment has been received.
